Marmunk collects the minimum account, organization, security, and sending-application data needed to operate the service. Message bodies, recipient lists, credentials, and application free text are not sent to product analytics. Final retention, subprocessors, data-rights contacts, and jurisdiction terms require legal approval before external sending.
